Overview
As Lead UX Designer, I was responsible for the research, design, testing, and delivery of several innovative digital financial products. The goal was to enhance online banking services while aligning with users’ real-world financial needs. I contributed across the full product lifecycle, from early discovery to post-launch iterations.

- UX Strategy & Research
- Led discovery efforts through user interviews, journey mapping, and competitor analysis.
- Defined a robust set of user personas grounded in research—still used as design thinking references by the team.
- Product Design
- Delivered UX flows and wireframes for new banking features.
- Collaborated closely with Product Owners and Developers to refine user stories and design backlog items.
- Testing & Validation
- Organised and moderated usability testing sessions to gather insights and iterate on the banking app experience.
- Prioritised quick wins and accessibility improvements in collaboration with engineering.
- Design System & Documentation
- Standardised UX patterns for a cohesive user experience across multiple digital products.
- Documented findings and workflows to ensure continuity across teams.
