I’m a human-centered design strategist with over 10 years of experience shaping digital products and services across industries such as finance, health, education, utilities, and tech. Throughout my career, I’ve helped organisations—from start-ups to enterprise brands—transform fragmented experiences into journeys that are intuitive, efficient, and human.
